Don’t waste your time. an employee told me it would be a 20 minute wait AFTER I paid. That would have made a big difference in whether or not I would have ordered a coffee. The employees you will find here are ones that don't know enough about customer service, or need further training.
Maybe it is Dutch Bros itself or this specific location, but the coffee literally all tastes the same and ordering any drink basically means 3/4 cup full of ice even when you ask for light ice; I take like 5 sips at most and am already almost finished.
The price point is lower than Starbucks and the foam top is great, but I genuinely can't taste the difference between the Golden Eagle and the Caramelizer; sometimes I think the workers just give whatever they have available to speed up the queue line since it's a busy location. This not just my individual opinion, I am a teacher that orders for a group of 3-4 others.
This review is about the coffee, it completely excludes any of the other drinks that are sold here.
Ive been getting Dutch BROS since i moved to colorado 🏔️ had it almost everyday before i headed to work lol
I would always get a Large Cold brew ☕️
Yea.. i have always been a bit of a night 🦉
So.. coffee has always been my friend cause I need it the next morning haha☠️
Anyways, strive to taste their golden eagle 🦅 if you lean towards sweets or have a go of their savory cold brew
Have been here several times and it's always the same. Long waits because the staff acts like they are too "cool" to work there or something. You are a company employee, act like one. If you read the other reviews you will know what I'm talking about. Also the awkward interaction and pressure to tip the person doing their job taking your order is not right. What's the point of having the intercom if they have people there, I would understand if that makes things run faster, but they don't!
Ok
The best coffee shop. Good holiday drinks
I ordered something and received it. The service that I had really made me feel amazing! My order was delivered to my liking. I truly appreciate the generous, kind action that was performed. I look forward to whenever I visit this …
